    Clontech kit or illumina kit?

    Hi, do you guys have some experience with single cell RNA seq with Clontech Smarter single cell rna kit? I have just entered this area of study. The clontech guide says that there are 2 ways of library construction after the cDNA synthesis: a. Nextera XP DNA Kit (illumina) b. fragmentation with ultrasound following Clontech sample preparation kit. I'm really confused cos I can't find any reference. Are you using anyone of them or have you compared theses two? Thank you so much!
