I'm looking for a resource for fast qPCR validation of mouse ChIP-seq experiments, i.e. primer sequences, to save time. Does something like that exist, at least for well-established IPs such as histone-mods, pol II, ctcf etc. I know there are several databases for validated gene expression qPCR primers out there, but have not found one for ChIP-seq.
