NGS Data Analysis Workshop - 26th April
This NGS Data Analysis Workshop will take place on 26th April 2016 in Glasgow and will be run by the the University of Glasgow’s Polyomics research facility.
The workshop will be ideal for those working the wet lab who want to learn about bioinformatics workflows so that they can begin to analyse data themselves or keep an overview of the analysis that their own bioinformatic colleagues are providing for them. It will cover the following:
- From raw data to assembly
- Interpreting RNAseq results
- Interpreting DNAseq data
