Help installing Illumina pipeline 1.0

Hello all,
I need some help getting illumina's pipeline software installed. I have all of the dependencies install correctly, yet the validate.sh script can find my installation of the FFTW dependency. I have added it to my path, but still nothing. I have attaced a text file of my command line output and the results of validate.sh.out file.

I was able to get the pipeline install after reinstalling FFTW with the --enable-float flag.

i.e.

./configure --enable-float
make
make check
make install
