Where could I get a set of real RNA-Seq data

Hello guys!

I would like to know where I could get a set of real RNA-Seq data.

I've searched many papers about RNA-Seq, but I haven't found any one providing RNA-Seq data.

Try taking a look at this paper:

Their data is available on their website and it is pretty easy to access.

Thank you again! I have downloaded the data from their website successfully!

Since I want to test TopHat using a real dataset, I also need a reference genome for mapping the RNA-Seq data above.

So, How could I get a reference genome?

You need to get bowtie first, and....perhaps you need to read manuals of bowtie and tophat before you actually start....

FYI: reference genome sequences are available on UCSC genome browser -> download
