Companies offering NGS data analysis including RNAseq

Our institution is increasing use of Illumina platform NGS, but at this time many investigators don't have a great deal of experience in use of the platform and analysis of the data. Our interests lie in everything from project design to RNAseq data analysis. Several institutions/commercial vendors provide both sequencing and data analysis, however, because we will have access to an instrument, we are looking more toward the design and data analysis side. Any suggestions or resources to look at would be appreciated.
