Hi,
I have a bioanalyzer in my institute, but it doesn't have a program for running the high sensitivity DNA chip. I found this link for upgrading the software http://www.genomics.agilent.com/Gene...om&pageid=2354 Can I get confirmation that if i install the upgrade listed on this link, the high sensitivity DNA chip program will be installed? I should point out that the computer and bioanlayzer meet the all of the stated requirements. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, BandH |

Yes...it is the same release that we use (for High Sensitivity DNA chip).
Write down your license keys before upgrading....in case you need for activating the new release (in 2100 bioanalyzer software just click on Help -> Registration -> View/ Delete licenses). Cheers, Cristian |
