Hello,
I am unable to run trnascan-SE commands on linux which are provided in trnascan-SE manual. I am using demo file provided by the software to check how the software exactly works. After running the below command, tRNAscan-SE -p -o# -m# -f# Exampl1.fa it shows no error and neither the desired outputs are getting generated. So I am not sure that whether the software itself is installed correctly or not. As "make testrun" is apparently used to check if software is working or not, I tried running that command also but it doesn't work either. I will be very thankful if anyone has come across such problem and can guide me. Thank you ![]() |
