Hi everyone, I´m working with 3'-UTR and 5'-UTR sequences of a group of genes of interest. I'd like to calculate their free Gibbs energy in batch. I found a web tool called MFOLD (http://unafold.rna.albany.edu/?q=mfold/rna-folding-form) but I can calculate free energy one by one. Anybody knows a tool for calculate free energy of 500 sequences in a row?
Thanks a lot, |

You can download either MFold (http://unafold.rna.albany.edu/?q=mfold/download-mfold) or RNAfold (http://www.tbi.univie.ac.at/RNA/) as standalone software to do a batch.
