cDNA synthesis kits
hi all,
i compared the pricing of different cDNA synthesis kits and found quite big differences, from €100.- for 20 rxns (Fermentas RevertAid Premium) to €840.- for 10 rxns (Clontech SMARTer RACE). has anybody experience with cDNA performance from cheaper kits in 454? wolfgang |
