  • Directional RNA sequencing protocols

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone here had experience with the current directional RNA seq protocols and how well it performed.

    Hi,

    Yes, lots hjave been speaking about it. Have a read on other threads but it works. Two days but you will need sRNA and mRNA kits and buy some other reagents in. Bit costly so I wuld ask illumina when the universal kit will be released...

      I used the protocol and it worked fine. Comparable data to standard protocol which I did in parallel for the same samples.
      Let me know if you have specific questions.
