Default Scale

Hi! My lab wants to do a pilot about skin microbiome (which I am not an expert) and I need to request a quote for V1-V3 primers, the company asked me which scale for synthesis I want the oligos.
According to some websites 25nmil seems reasonable.
Any thoughts to help me?

thank you

25 nmole with standard desalting is OK and should last 100s of reactions. Depending on oligo length or modifications, oligos might need PAGE or HPLC purification which would require higher synthesis concentrations and this differ among manufacturers.
