distribution of the genes in human genome

Hi,

We have run an sequencing expt and now that I want to show that there is enrichment of the expt samples by comparing to the background( human genome).. How can I get this information. I want to know the distribution of exons, introns, intergenic, 5'UTR ,3'UTR,lincRNA..

Is there any way that I can extract the info from..
