Hi,
Does anybody know the rules cufflinks used to determine the class codes of assembled transcripts? For example, how transcripts from the same locus are bundled? Is "c" reciprocal (assembled transcript contains the annotation or the other way around). Basically I want to know more details of how the class codes are determined and if there is a way to control these rules. Thanks! |
