    makeblastdb for hg18 error

    I am trying to make a blast database from an hg18 fasta file.

    Does anybody have experience with this? (or a compiled db?)

    I get the following error:

    (I am using MacOSX)

    makeblastdb -in hg18.fasta -out hg18blastdb -dbtype nucl -max_file_sz 4000000000


    Building a new DB, current time: 03/16/2011 18:16:19
    New DB name: hg18blastdb
    New DB title: hg18.fasta
    Sequence type: Nucleotide
    Keep Linkouts: T
    Keep MBits: T
    Maximum file size: 4000000000B
    Error: basic_string::_S_create
