Help needed

Hello everybody.

I am going to start my project that is about RNA-Seq but I am really confused with huge softwares, programs, etc.
Honestly I do not have any reference in order to know how to start my works.From the first step toward final part that is to have results.
I would be grateful if someone can help me in order to start my work.
I need to know how to begin with experiments up to analyzing results, etc.
