Hi everyone,

My name is Stuart Inglis. I have a Ph.D. in computer science and am one of the authors of the Real Time Genomics suite of tools.

My Ph.D. was in data compression and data mining and I have experience writing search and analysis tools, sequence alignment software, paired end/SE mapping tools and developing novel intellectual property.
