terminology of A/B for emPCR-A kits

Hi 454 users,

I've never used the emPCR kit for amplicon libraries before and get confused about the terminology of A/B for capture beads, amplification primers, enrichment primers and sequencing primers.

My hunch is capture beads A should go with amplification primer A, enrichment primer A and sequencing primer A (and same for B) but I would like to confirm with you before I add wrong primers to the capture beads...

Your hunch is correct. Use all the "A" reagents together and all the "B" reagents together.
