Hello,
Is there a centralised resource that list workshops or training programs available online or in-person for the various aspects of using the 454 Junior Pyrosequencer?
My facility and I are utterly new to this technology and require additional training on every aspect of the machine´s use: from experimental design, to wet lab, to machine maintenance, to setting up the bioinformatics resources, to performing the bioinformatics analysis.
I understand there this a great place to find resources on all of these topics! But sometimes, it helps to have an intensive learning program to get a handle on a topic.
Can anyone recommend specific institutions that offer training in this technology?
