    emPCR Reagents

    I'm back with another question!
I was wondering if the emPCR reagents are the same in both the Lib-L and Lib-A kits. Not the primers or beads, of course, but things like the Capture Bead Wash buffer, emPCR additive, enzyme mix, PPiase, etc. There have been a few occasions when I've set up Lib-L and Lib-A emulsions at the same time, and it would be handy if I could use the same reagents for both.
    Thank you!!

I would think so, but don't know for sure. Maybe check the part number of the individual tubes and see if they match?

      Hi Anthony,

The Amplification Primer, Enrichment Primer, Sequencing Primer and Capture beads are unique to the Lib-A and Lib-L kits, so be sure not to interchange these. The other reagents are common between the two kits and could be used during a parallel set-up.
