adjust solid barcoded adaptors for preparing library from bisulphite converted DNA

Hi.
I want to prepare a barcoded fragment library from bisulphite converted DNA. Can anyone provide the sequences for adjusting the multiplex adaptors to this process? has anyone used the solid for sequencing bisulphite treated DNA and can provide suggestions/ approaches to follow?

I dont understand why you need to modify the adapters?
