Enrich and Seq primers at RT overnight?

Prepping a sample for a GS Jr run. Realized the Enrich and Seq primers got left out overnight at room temperature. We've got calls (and emails) in to Roche tech support, but it's been more than an hour, and now we're just sitting here twiddling our thumbs. Anyone know if these reagents are ruined? Or are they like real primers and likely fine?

I don't have any direct experience with your issue, but I suspect they will be just fine. At this point, you have nothing to lose by going ahead with the enrichment. If the enrichment primer has gone bad, you will get poor results from your enrichment and it will be clear after the washes. If the enrichment primer is okay then the sequencing primer should be fine as well. I'd say go ahead try it, then come back here and let us know how it worked out.
