Default Low input fragment library service providers?

It's not hard to find vendors out there who will take a few micrograms of DNA and generate beautiful Illumina paired end data, even from my 70% G+C samples.

Any vendors out there offering fragment library construction and sequencing from 100s, 10s or even single-digit nanograms of input material?

If you want to generate complex libraries from these ammounts of starting material I can recommend Illuminas Nextera kit. Dont know about service providers using these kits. Am actually looking for a service provider to sequence Nextera libraries I prepared myself.

I don't like Nextera. The transposase shearing is not consistent in our hands.

We routinely make libraries from 1 ng of DNA and a few hundred picograms of RNA. We are too busy to take samples from outside our area though.
