    Bridge amplification: yield per cluster

    I'm wondering if anyone has data on the approximate yield for a single cluster during bridge amplification (i.e. ng/cluster for a theoretical 100bp target). In the context of liquid PCR I imagine it's limited due to physical contraints vs. diffusion but if anyone has data on this, I'd be really interested. thanks!

    This Illumina document (PDF) says "up to 1000 identical molecules" of each DNA per cluster, so sub-femtogram.
