KAPA qPCR kit for XL+ libraries?

Are you successfully quantifying your XL+ libraries with this kit? Have you modified (extended) cycling times?

I have tried with extended denaturation and extension times and dind´t get very good results...

Any help?

Yes I do this. I use a 2 minute extension time and it seems pretty consistent. Good luck!

I tried with 30secs denaturation time and 2 min annealing/extension time and it worked just fine. Thank you!
