I'm using RATT (rapid annotation transfer tool) and part of the output is a "nucmer.<custom file name>.snp" file. I assme this is a snp file from nucmer. But it has no headers and so far trying to find nucmer docs hasn't told me what the columns are. Can someone point me in the direction of the appropriate documentation to make sense of this file, please?
