    cDNA normalization

    hi!
    is it possible to do a cDNA-normalization prior to the sequencing with solid? the solid-protocol does not mention normalization, but i think it would be very useful for me. i´m not sure if the adaptores are disturbing the normalization-step and if this procedure could influence the sequencing-quality maybe because of some reagents.
    (i want to compare sequencing-runs and discover transcripts that are only present in one sample and not in the other. so i do not care about counting transcripts)
