MeDIP-seq and compatible DNA adapters for multiplexing?

Dear all,

I am about to run MeDIP-seq on several samples and are looking for compatible DNA adapters for PE multiplexing (probably 2-plexing) on a HiSeq2000.

Apparently, Illumina´s TruSeq adapters are incompatible since they are methylated. Do you know if NEBnext´s adapters (E7500) are compatible? Or can you recommend something else?

I am following the protocols from Taiwo et al, 2012 and Ethan Ford (Online version from Ethanomics).
