  • hardware requirement for RNA sequencing?

List of hardware require to generate RNA sequence, I know about very fast computer...
I am software developer and know about computer's hardware. But i have no idea about what other hardware i need for collecting RNA data?

What hardware i need to collect input to generate RNA sequence?

Your question is not clearly worded but I will assume that you are asking about hardware requirements for analyzing the data and not for doing actual sequencing.

This requirement has been discussed a few times across various threads in this forum before. Here is one for reference: http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24772 You can search for others.

Sorry...For not being clear....But precisely i am looking for hardware requirement and not actual sequencing.... as i mentioned i am software developer and know much about computer hardware, and to get information specific collection RNA input data... So I tried to clarify my scenario...

Essential Discoveries and Tools in Epitranscriptomics
        by seqadmin

The field of epigenetics has traditionally concentrated more on DNA and how changes like methylation and phosphorylation of histones impact gene expression and regulation. However, our increased understanding of RNA modifications and their importance in cellular processes has led to a rise in epitranscriptomics research. “Epitranscriptomics brings together the concepts of epigenetics and gene expression,” explained Adrien Leger, PhD, Principal Research Scientist...

        Current Approaches to Protein Sequencing
        by seqadmin

Proteins are often described as the workhorses of the cell, and identifying their sequences is key to understanding their role in biological processes and disease. Currently, the most common technique used to determine protein sequences is mass spectrometry. While still a valuable tool, mass spectrometry faces several limitations and requires a highly experienced scientist familiar with the equipment to operate it. Additionally, other proteomic methods, like affinity assays, are constrained...
