Reduced complexity genotyping by sequence service

Hello
I am palning to do a population study on wheat wild reltives. I am looking for a service that can genotype my samples using reduced complexity method such as RAD or Reduced Representation library. Since I have no experience in library preparation and limited time to establish a system for library preparation. I am looking for a service that can prepare the libraries as well.
