Access Array-Generate Tagged Primers

I am trying to design primers for Fluidigm access array amplicon panel for Illumina without going through D3 since they charge too much. While going through the manual that I found here: https://www.fluidigm.com/binaries/co...luidigm%3Afile

It references using an Access Array-Generate Tagged Primers.xls Workbook but I don't seem to be able to find it anywhere. Does anyone have it? Also does anyone have any advice for my design if you have gone through the process yourself?

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
