BOth single and paired end reads in a file!!

Hi everyone...

I have some read files (from Illumina), which have both single-end and paired-end reads in one file. I want to perform denovo assembly with these files. Is it possible to do so with clcbio ? Or else is there a way to separate these single and paired-end reads??
