Hi all,
Quite new to the NGS field here. We generated preliminary data with ATAC-seq using n=3 sample pairs comparing before and after knockdown of a certain gene. We identified several chromatin regions that are different using diffreps. The question is, is there a way to do power calculation to determine how many samples we need for future studies? Thanks.
