    Genome In A Bottle allele freqiencies

    Hi,
    I downloaded the recent vcf file of NA12878 from the link below and would like to compare the allele frequencies of the published variants with frequencies of variants I found in my dataset. The published files does not contain "AF" or allele frequencies. I searched other versions of vcf as well and also in 1000Genomes web site.
    Did anyone find this useful information?

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
