    Reciprocal blast in brig?

    Hello all,

    I've run BRIG and managed to get the ring image fine. I would like a list of the genes and the sequences preferably of the orthologous genes so that I can do further analysis with this. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this in BRIG or whether the output files I've generated in the processes of creating the image contains this info? I've looked at the tab files but can't work it out!

    Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
