Hello, have anyone noticed their TruSeq nano libraries having a higher yield and/or giving larger size distributions recently?
The new version of the protocol (June 2015) has a change in the library QC section where it asks for a 1 in 100 dilution to check quality on a HS bioanalyser chip and also to use 470bp or 670bp for the size instead of the actual size which is like the PCR-free method? Have the kit components been optimised?
