MEGAN - changing query coverage?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the parameters in MEGAN to only consider fragments with 100% query coverage?

When attempting the change the LCA parameters I cannot find an option to do so. I understand that the bit-score takes into account query coverage, so does anyone know how to adjust the bit-score value to only consider sequences with high query coverage?

Any help would be much appreciated!
