Dear all,
Has anyone tried re-washing prepared Ion PI chips after prepping and storing them for >24-48 hrs? Our FAS told us that it's ok to re-wash once after such storage and we have used chips like that without any problems. But now we are in the predicament of having to wait another day for such a chip because our templating is too high to do the sequencing today. We used the OT2 and ended up with 39% of templated ISPs. I'm thinking it should be fine to wash this chip one more time and use tomorrow but any thought would be much appreciated.
