Hi All!
We have been working on IDT xGen oligo probes for exome capture quite some time. Recently we see the % of duplicates at 100X coverage (HiSeq PE100 run) with one lot of probes is 25%, but with another lot is 40%, using the exact protocol. The nature of samples are pretty much the same, all frozen tissues.
Can anyone share their experience with IDT probes? Do you see such lot to lot difference?
