Quick way to QC processed RNA-Seq data

    Greetings,

Is there some software/library that will automatically perform a data consistency check and possibly heatmaps on processed RNA-Seq datasets from GEO?
    (for example https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/que...?acc=GSE106420)
Writing the code to do this in Python/R should not be a problem for me, I was just wondering if there's already an available solution.
    Thank you.

What do you mean by "data consistency check"?

RNASeQC is a general program for RNAseq QC.

For example to see if housekeeping genes with high expected expressions are indeed so across all samples.
Thank you, I will have a look at this program.
