Lib prep with 10-200bp (45bp peak) gDNA

Hi everyone,
Has anyone made PE lib prep with 10-200bp gDNA. The peak is at 45bp. I'd like to select 25-100bp. I have successfully made a number pf PE libraries with as little as 2.5 ng. I may have to run higher resolution gels for fragment selection. Any input is appreciated. The other sample I will be running along with green and blue is the 150bp red sample.
