    Beginner in metagenomics

    Dear forum,
    I need assistance for the analysis of the genome in this species.
    - P. aeruginosa: 6,3 (MPB)

    - A. baumannii: 3,954,000 pb
    - S. aureus SARM: entre 2,742 y 3,042 MPB

    - Enterococo faecalis y E. faecium Vancomicin Resistent
    What do you think which is the better comercial approach now and also which plattform.
    My goal is found differences between clones in case of epidemics outbreaks.
