    Multiplex RNA-seq

    I want to do the RNA-seq to check the informations as following:
    1) Global expression profile
    2) Anti-sense RNA
    3) Alternative splicing
    4) Non-coding RNA
    5) Unannotated RNA/transcripts.
    I never did the RNA-seq before and just searching for the papers and information about it. So I will very appreciate you if you would give me some suggestions from library preparation to data analysis.
