Hello,
My understanding is that TruSeq small RNA libraries are only read from one end. Is it true that the read comes from what was originally the 5' end of the small RNA? I would like to modify the library construction protocol a bit to capture the 5' ends of mRNA, but before I get in too deep I want to make sure that the resulting library would indeed get read from the end that I care about.
Thanks!
