We have run a number of samples (and dilutions) on our agilent bioanalyser but we get inverted peaks. Both samples, 1:5 and 1;15 dilutions show a narrow peak pointing down rather than up.

These samples are from a collaborator so we are asking for more details but any useful ideas gratefully received.
