    Anyone used the Promega GloMax Multi Plus for quant?

    Hi there,

    Any one used the Promega GloMax Multi Plus (fluoro plate reader) for genomic DNA quant? Everyone seems to use the Qubit - even for high throuput library prep..i am just wondering why this is.

    Uh the Qubit isn't high throughput at all.

    Any fluorescent plate reader that can excite/read @ Picogreen's spectra should be fine.
