  • Newbie, does anyone has used this Illumina-compatible kit ???

Hi there, I'm really new in the NGS, just one question, what is your opinion about this kit ?? http://www.biooscientific.com/Produc...NA-SeqKit.aspx

    thanks

We would only use the Nextflex RNA and directional RNA library kits at the previous core facility I worked at. Results (even coverage, unique reads, low bias) were always as good as, and most of the time better than Illumina. Kit cost and their service was very reasonable too. I'm at a new core now and we're implementing these kits in our pipeline. Just wish they made more than 96 barcodes !

      Thanks Matt,

I wanted to let you know that we do offer the NEXTflex Dual-Indexed DNA Barcodes now which allow users to multiplex up to 192 samples.
