    GTF format query

    Hi,

    I want to know is it possible to remove splicing information from a GTF file while retaining gene information? I am using Splicegrapher and I want to get splicing info from my own data and therefore need to remove splicing info from the annotation file in order to determine which splicing events are coming from my data as opposed to the annotation file.
