    Need help for GO term~

    Hi,everyone~
    I got some transcriptome data to analyse.
    Now need to do GO & kegg.But on the GO website I can't find annotation database for my specie.
    Does anyone how to do GO term like this? Do I have to use blast2go or iprscan to search my sequence? The files too big ,and have too many reads~
