Hi guys,
My apologies if the question is simple or trivial, but I am not an expert in this type of analysis.
I am trying to perform a whole transcriptome analysis of 4 yeast samples processed using Solid.
I was offered the opportunity to use LifeScope to analyse the obtained XSQ files and I was wondering if anyone knows whether there is a filter-reference file available.
This file is a FASTA file containing uninteresting reference sequences such as Ribosomal RNA, tRNA, or vector sequences and are a compulsory requirement for the software to continue the anlalysis
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
